Role

As part of Estée Lauder Companies’ Global Enterprise Creative team, I developed presentations, videos, and visual communications supporting global campaigns, employee development, onboarding, inclusion and diversity, and corporate initiatives. Working with executives, strategists, writers, and cross-functional partners, I translated detailed content into clear narratives with strong visual hierarchy and an elevated editorial sensibility. I handled concept development, art direction, presentation design, image curation, information design, motion, and final production. Many of these projects were created entirely in PowerPoint, using custom animation, transitions, typography, diagrams, and timed visual sequences to turn a familiar business tool into a more dynamic storytelling platform.Outcome Over several years, I helped modernize the company's internal communications by introducing a more editorial, visually engaging approach across enterprise campaigns, publications, product launches, and digital experiences. Projects such as the Family First campaign, the Marketing Analytics publication, the Social Impact & Sustainability Report, and the launch of the MyELC app demonstrated how thoughtful design could make complex business information more accessible while reinforcing the prestige and innovation of the Estée Lauder Companies brand. The breadth of work across finance, technology, HR, sustainability, wellness, and beauty created a diverse body of experience that continues to inform my approach to enterprise design.

Approach

Each project required a different balance of information and emotion. For the Breast Cancer Campaign’s 25th anniversary, I shaped archival photography and campaign milestones into a celebratory motion reel. For the Digital Performance & Development Plan, I created a distinct identity and animated framework that made an internal process easier to understand.

The Global Onboarding presentation organized Estée Lauder Companies’ inclusion and diversity programs into a welcoming, reusable experience for new employees. Quality: The Journey Home used motion, typography, and carefully sequenced imagery to communicate the company’s commitment to quality through a concise corporate narrative.

Across the work, I created flexible visual systems that remained consistent with Estée Lauder Companies’ corporate identity while giving each initiative its own tone and purpose.

Outcome

These projects helped make complex company initiatives more accessible, memorable, and visually engaging for employees and leadership. By applying editorial design and motion principles to enterprise presentations, I elevated internal communications beyond traditional corporate slides while keeping the files practical for teams to present, revise, and reuse.

Together, the projects demonstrate my ability to move between sensitive campaign storytelling, employee communications, organizational information, and corporate video while maintaining the quality and sophistication expected of a global prestige beauty company.
